1778
Count Ferraris has a map made of the Netherlands. Some 15 kilometres to the west of Brussels, in the heart of what is now called ‘the land of Pajot’, a little farmhouse is planted in the village centre of Sint-Martens-Lennik.

  1863
The little farmhouse grows to become a farmstead, consisting of a residential house, a few stables and a barn, this way gradually acquiring its current look.

1995
Jos and Herlinde Leyssens buy the neglected farm and patch up the residential house to move in with their three daughters.

  2000
While the residential house is converted into an architectural office, the old barn is tackled and transformed into a brand new event hall.
